Job Description
- Ensuring high quality services, resulting in guest delight by extensive interaction with guests and quick resolution of problems.
- Solicit guest inquiries.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth functioning of operations and a comfortable stay for the guest.
- Ensuring highlighted issues are resolved.
- Ensuring compliance with predefined standards of customer service by the organization to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
- Capture guest feedback and profile the customer.
Desired Profile
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in both English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Any Graduate(Except B.E/ B.Tech).
- Willingness to provide outstanding customer service, go out of the way to ensure great customer experience and should be able to empathize with the customer.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and share prompt resolutions through interactions with internal as well as external teams.
- Ability to analyze and influence customer behavior through telephonic conversations.
