Course Specialization: MBA preferred (Any UG/PG hardcore Sales Professional eligible)

Probation/Training Period: 3 Months

Job Description: (Sales Manager)
The candidate is expected generate leads, visit schools (both formal and play) and get the schools install the product for the communication with parents.
Skill Set Required:
- Should be well spoken with excellent communication skills and have had sales experience of 1 - 3 years in the past.
- The candidate should be excited enough to work in a target based startup environment.
- The candidate should be familiar and comfortable with the use of technology.

We currently have two job openings:
Software Engineer
A software engineer will work on technical development and feature enchancement for Impactpreneurs. S/he shall also work on certain web scrapping and data science aspects of our work. The person should have background in web technologies, database design and be good at programming. Previous experience in developing a web product from scratch or working on an early stage product is a big plus. The person should be a go-getter and flexible to take varied roles in the startup, based on what is needed for growth.

Product Engineer
A product engineer will spend time on both product improvement and technical development for the Impactpreneurs platform. S/he will make plans for features changes and development, designs and also work on implementation with a team. The person will also take up activities to analyze platform adoption and engagement, and find ways to improve it. The person needs to have background in web technologies (frontend and backend) and be good at programming. Previous experience in developing a web product from scratch or working on an early stage product is a big plus. The person should be a go-getter and flexible to take varied roles in the startup, based on what is needed for growth.
Job Location: Gurgaon, New Delhi
Compensation:
- Fixed: Rs. 35,000 per month
- Annual Bonus: 7-12%
- ESOPs worth 1.5L vested over 3 years
